Lending strategy
- Debt quantum up to SEK 150m (however, significant larger exposure possible
with factoring) - Tenors up to six year
- Flexibility in terms of structure (repayment, covenants, etc.)
- Home markets Sweden, Norway, and Finland but can consider most
European jurisdictions - We invest in opportunities rather than specific sectors
The Avida Debt Financing Team
Avida has gathered a team consisting of experienced debt professionals. Together they represent considerable experience in structuring complex financing solutions to Private Equity funds and corporates in the Nordic region.
Filip Gustafson, Head of Business Finance. Filip comes most recently from Nordea, where he has worked for the past 10 years with corporate and acquisition financing in various forms. In addition to having worked at both international and Nordic banks, Filip also has extensive experience from the private equity sector.
Ercan Aziman, Head of Debt Financing, with 14 years at SEB, the last 6 years at SEB Leveraged Finance. Ercan has experience from leveraged financing in Nordics, including both senior and junior debt, cross-border transactions, and buy-and-build financings. And he is also experienced from structuring debt transactions for corporate customers, including capex and working capital facilities.
Andreas Jonsson, Director, with 20 years at Nordea, of which the last 8 years working predominantly with credit analysis and structuring of acquisition and corporate debt transactions in the small-/midcap segment. Experience from structuring debt solutions for sponsor backed LBO’s, MBO’s and corporates incl, but not limited to, term loans, RCF’s, capex-/acquisition facilities etc.
Joakim Torekull Öster, Analyst, with 6 years at Nordea, of which 4 years supporting leverage finance transactions in various roles, Joakim has a vast experience from leverage finance (both larger and small/mid-sized companies), including acquisitions, carve-outs, M&A and buy-and-builds. Furthermore, he has experience from structuring financing solutions for corporate customers, including capex and working capital facilities.
Peggy Jägfeldt, Analyst, a graduate of the Stockholm School of Economics and the newest member of the Debt Financing Team at Avida Finans. After her studies, Peggy spent a year at Deloitte as an Audit Associate, before eventually making the transition to Avida's Debt Financing Team.
